#Boundary validation
The server checks schema, benchmark membership, active universe symbols, and reserved built-in codes before verification or persistence.
#Durable record
Sites writes D1. VPS/local operation writes the configured SQLite file. Slug conflicts update the same user-published record only under current route behavior; built-in slugs return conflict.
#Creator status
Signed records use VERIFIED WALLET. Unsigned records use UNVERIFIED. Built-ins use SYSTEM.
#Result
A successful response returns the persisted publication and the builder redirects to /agents/{slug}.
